Cyberlobe Technologies is a Canadian, vendor-neutral ERP and CRM consulting firm founded in 2011, based in the Greater Vancouver area and serving SMBs across Canada and beyond. We help operations-driven businesses choose, implement, and optimize the right systems—without software bias or jargon.

Our mission is to give SMEs clear technology direction: what to keep, what to cut, and what to change. We focus on ERP and CRM selection, implementation readiness, AI readiness, tech stack simplification, and ongoing digital roadmapping.

Where it makes sense, we also provide strategic CIO/CTO-level advisory on a part-time or fractional basis—so you get executive-level thinking without full-time overhead.

As independent/ vendor-neutral consultants, we don’t sell or resell software. We work only for you. That means our recommendations are shaped by your processes, people, and numbers—not by vendor incentives. We’ve supported manufacturers looking to tighten production and inventory, healthcare and wellness clinics modernizing patient and clinic systems, and professional services firms cleaning up CRM chaos and workflows.

Cyberlobe has previously acted as a Digital Advisor under the federal Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) and has also served as an advisor in the CRM Horizons Program by Alacrity Canada.

We’ve been in business for over 15 years and are members of the Surrey Board of Trade and the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.

Jaikishan Prithiani (JP)
Jaikishan Prithiani (JP) Founder & ERP / CRM Advisor
Jaikishan Prithiani — known as JP — is the Founder and principal ERP and CRM consultant at Cyberlobe Technologies, a vendor-neutral technology consulting firm based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. Raised around manufacturing through his family, JP developed an early instinct for how operations and data work on the shop floor, not just on paper. That grounding shapes how he works today: process first, technology second. Before a platform is ever selected, he focuses on what actually fits the business, what can be simplified, and what needs to be fixed. Outside of work, JP is a certified cricket umpire with Cricket Canada, and a firm believer that good decisions—like good single-malt scotch—should be well-balanced, not rushed.
Hirva Prithiani
Hirva Prithiani Marketing, Operations, PR
Hirva is the Co-founder at Cyberlobe Technologies and leads marketing and operations across the firm.
She drives go-to-market execution, operational coordination, and client-facing initiatives that turn strategy into momentum across diverse industries. Known for her energy and follow-through, Hirva keeps projects moving and teams aligned—especially when things get complex. Outside of work, she’s an avid literature and sci-fi reader, most often found with a good book and a cup of masala chai. (Digital transformation is hard work!)

Meet Dipesh, the SAP guru with a zest for life! With over 15 years of experience, he expertly expanded and led projects, specializing in SAP Cloud Implementations with a focus on optimization and cost savings. He holds certification in SAP OS/DB Migration, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Google Cloud Infrastructure. When not immersed in the world of technology, he can be found on the lookout for a good Stout to savor.

With about three years of experience, Oluwaseun is a dependable professional with experience providing administrative, organizational, and customer service support in virtual environments. Her favorite pastime remains watching Kdramas and she hopes to become consistent with working out this year.
Jaap Siekman
Jaap Siekman MSc, PEng, PMP - Business Coach
Based on 30 years of hands-on experience in Engineering & Manufacturing, Jaap (pronounced “Yaap”) has helped around 50 blue-collar business owners achieve increased Profitability, much-improved Work-Life Balance, exceptional staff Morale & Retention, or improved Sellability & Value of their business (when the objective is exit or succession).
Jaap’s “Action Plan for broad Organizational Change & Operational Efficiencies” often acts as an umbrella for partners to contribute their part, like in ERP/CRM, IT Security, HR, Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
In his “free” time, Jaap is President of the Dutch Business Club, and a volunteer business advisor with Canadian NGO Catalyste+.
