Independent technology consulting for health and wellness clinics
Cyberlobe helps clinic owners choose, connect and roll out the systems a clinic runs on: practice management, EMR, booking, billing and CRM. We work for you, not for any software vendor, so the recommendation fits how your clinic actually runs.
Who we work with
Owner-led clinics with 10 to 100 people, on one site or several, across Canada and the US. Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, concussion and rehab, multidisciplinary and wellness clinics.
Most have grown faster than their systems. The clinical work is excellent. The admin behind it runs on workarounds.
Signs your clinic has outgrown its systems
- Rooms or practitioners get double-booked
- Front-desk staff re-enter the same patient details in two or three places
- Invoices are built by hand, one at a time
- Booking still happens over email or phone tag
- Accounting lives on one desktop, so nobody can work remotely
- Every location does things its own way, with no written procedures
- You bought new software, and staff quietly went back to the old way
If three or more sound familiar, the fix starts with your process, not a new subscription.
How we help clinics
Choose the right system
A Tech Stack Audit shows what you have, what it costs and where it breaks. System Selection gives you a vendor-neutral shortlist and scripted demos for practice management, EMR or booking software.
Roll it out without the chaos
We manage implementation on your side, including data migration from your old system and integration with accounting and CRM.
Make it stick
Written procedures through Business Process Improvement, staff training and adoption, and a Fractional CIO when you need ongoing technology leadership.

OUR IMPACT
Fractional CIO for a 10-office OT network: 60% more operational consistency
JP served as Fractional CIO for one of BC’s largest occupational therapy networks. They were processing about 150 invoices a day by hand across systems that didn’t talk to each other, and clinical rooms were getting double-booked. Cyberlobe consolidated their tools, set up room booking and HR systems, and wrote standard operating procedures.
- 60% increase in operational consistency
- 40% increase in case management efficiency
- 35% reduction in data management complexity
- Double bookings eliminated
Advance Concussion Clinic, BC. Appointments were booked by email, patient data was captured only at booking, and accounting sat on a local QuickBooks install. Cyberlobe audited their systems, rebuilt their website and helped put the audit’s recommendations in place.
Take it from their team
“We grew substantially over the last decade and our IT infrastructure was aging. We had limited expertise in choosing new systems and ensuring our other digital infrastructure is integrated effectively. Cyberlobe learned our business and our challenges, and modernized all our digital systems.”

FAQ
Clinic technology FAQs
No. We don’t resell practice management or EMR software, and no clinic software vendor decides what we recommend. You pay us for advice, and you buy software directly from the vendor you choose.
None by default. We’re technology-agnostic, so we evaluate whatever fits your clinic, including common platforms such as Jane, Cliniko, Zanda, Halaxy and Nookal. Sometimes the right answer is to keep your current system and use it properly.
Not always. Many clinics already pay for features they never set up. A Tech Stack Audit tells you whether to fix, extend or replace what you have before you spend anything on new software.
Privacy and data residency are part of how we judge every option. In Canada that means PIPEDA and provincial health-privacy laws; in the US, HIPAA. We check vendors against your obligations, and work alongside your legal and security advisers rather than replacing them.
Yes. Multi-location clinics are where systems drift most. For a 10-office OT network, we acted as Fractional CIO. Standard procedures and one shared system were the core of the fix.
Book a free 20-minute call. If there’s a fit, most clinics start with a paid Tech Stack Audit, which takes 4–6 weeks and is done on-site or remotely.
