FAQ
Have questions about system selection?
System selection consulting is an independent process for choosing the right software for your business. A Cyberlobe consultant maps your current workflows, defines your requirements, evaluates vendor options objectively and recommends the best fit — working for you, not for any of the vendors being evaluated.
A vendor’s job is to sell its own product, and its demo will show that product at its best. No vendor influences our recommendation, so it rests entirely on your requirements. Cyberlobe also runs the vendor demos with you, so you can compare options side by side.
Four things:
- Document how your key processes work today and where they break.
- Agree which requirements are must-haves and which are nice-to-haves.
- Set a budget that includes implementation, data migration and training — not just licences.
- Name one internal owner for the decision.
Without these, vendor demos tend to drive the requirements instead of the other way around.
ERP systems, CRM platforms, project management tools, practice management software for clinics and professional firms, and other operational technology. The process is the same regardless of category: understand the business first, define requirements, evaluate options, and recommend based on fit — not familiarity.
Cyberlobe builds the implementation plan and stays on as your client-side project manager through go-live — overseeing the vendor, keeping scope on track and supporting your team through onboarding and adoption. Selection without a structured rollout is where many technology projects lose their value.
It varies with the number of systems involved, how many vendors are evaluated and how complex your requirements are. Cyberlobe scopes each engagement with you and agrees the cost before work begins.
